Parental Guidance

Darnit, my first actual piece with Copic markers  \o/
Never thought I'd pick one up, not to mention have a clue on how to even use one. Years ago I tried on...printing paper.. No wonder it didn't work back then. Couple months ago I finally tested on marker paper and had a tiny jaw drop moment when I saw changing paper had so much effect haha. Stoopid little me, always so lazy to do any research on new tools. It's always trial and error first.

Anyway, two OCs of mine, Arcon and Bael. Little underworld fun

Was working on Bael's portrait simultaneously and it was supposed to be the first one finished but got stuck with color planning and decided to finish this first so I'd get some colors down. So strange to work with colors when it's always been grayscale for me.
